We guarantee our sandals to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Should your sandals become damaged, return them to the factory and we will repair or replace them without charge. Should you choose to ship them to us via USPS, please include $18.00 USD for return postage and handling. Send to  Extreme Sandals                                                                                                Post Office Box 375 Moosup, Connecticut 03654.                                                    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mark@extremesandals.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
